Common questions
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen choose Forgot password and enter your email address. If no email arrives, message us on WhatsApp and we will help you back in.
A payment or refund looks wrong
See the refund rules, then message us the date and amount.
My opponent's score is wrong
Open the match in the app and dispute the score there. If it is not resolved, tell us and the league team will review it.
I cannot find a court
See the courts guide, or send a court-help request from inside the app.
Delete my account and data
In the app go to Settings and choose Delete My Data. Your match results stay in the standings with your name removed. See the privacy policy.
Report a problem with a player or the app
Use Customer Support in the app, which also works if you are not signed in, or message us on WhatsApp.
