1. Who we are

2. Who can join

Players aged 18 and over who live or play in Accra or Tema.

3. Season entry

The price in Ghana cedis, what it includes and the season dates are shown before you pay. Entry gives you a place in a division and the right to play that season's matches. You arrange match times and courts with your opponents.

4. Refunds and cancellations

See our refunds and cancellations page. It forms part of these terms.

5. Fair play

Report scores honestly. An opponent can dispute a score within 48 hours. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations earn strikes. We may remove a player who breaks the rules.

6. Coaching

Coaches are independent professionals, not employees of the league. The price is shown before you pay. Cancellation and refund rules are on the refunds page.

7. Courts

Court details are given in good faith and may change. The app shows when each court was last checked. We do not own or run the courts, and access and fees are set by the venues.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack by mobile money or card. We never see your card or mobile money PIN.

9. Your data

See our privacy policy. You can delete your account in the app at any time.

10. Safety

Tennis involves a risk of injury. You play at your own risk and should be fit to play.

11. Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app. The date at the top shows the latest version.
